DMAE Gel Face Firming Activator
A firming gel that works on a short timescale, and it is worth being clear about which one.
DMAE (dimethyl MEA) sits fourth on the ingredient list. It is used for an immediate tightening of the skin’s appearance rather than a structural change — the effect builds over minutes and fades over hours. Pullulan works alongside it, drying to a fine flexible film that smooths and tautens the surface.
Both effects are real, visible and temporary. Niacinamide, ectoin, beta-glucan and hyaluronic acid do the slower work underneath.
When to use it
Before an event, a shoot, or any morning you want skin looking its tightest within the hour. This is an occasion product used well, rather than a disappointing everyday one.
How to use
Smooth over clean skin and let it set for a minute before anything goes on top. Avoid rubbing once it has dried.
