Delivery Times and Charges

When will my order be dispatched?

We aim to dispatch all orders within three working days of receipt, and usually sooner.

Order before 4pm on a weekday and we'll process your order that very same day. After 4pm, orders are processed the following working day. Orders placed on a Singapore weekend day or Bank Holiday will be processed and dispatched within three working days.

That's not soon enough!

If your order is urgent, email us. We can arrange next-day delivery though a higher shipping charge may apply.

How long will my parcel take?

Local (Singapore) delivery is usually within 7 working days. For international orders, it may take up to 14 working days. (NOTE: working days do not include weekends and public holidays).

What are the delivery charges? 

Within Singapore

  • For the first 3 items ordered, there is a standard delivery charge of SGD$22.50.
  • Every item after qualifies for reduced shipping charge of SGD$4.50 per item.
  • For orders above SGD$150, delivery charge is free within Singapore.
  • 1-3 items  - SGD$22.50
  • Every additional item after - SGD$4.50

International orders

Delivery charges for orders outside of Singapore are based on Fedex rates and will depend on the size and weight of the parcel. This will be automatically calculated upon checkout of your online shopping cart at Please note all charges and pricing are in SGD.

Will I need to sign for the parcel?

Some parcels delivered by Fedex or DHL Couriers may require a signature upon delivery, so please make sure you will be in.

What if I'm not in?

Parcels returned to the Post Office will be re-delivered but if this second attempt is unsuccessful, they will be returned to us. So please make sure you'll be around. (You can always specify a work or neighbour's address for delivery.) We will re-send your parcel, but unfortunately you'll be charged another shipping fee.

Cancellation & Returns

Returns Policy

We hope that you will be satisfied with your order. But if you're not then, provided the product is returned unopened and in perfect condition, we are happy to supply a refund.

To return your purchase to SW1 Shop, notify us in the first instance in writing by emailing us within 7 working days of receipt of your products. Please quote your name, order number, and details of the nature of the return. Do not return us any products without obtaining our approval first via writing or email.

When we have approved your return, please post and retain proof of postage. We reserve the right to charge for the cost of returning of goods back to us. The postage cost will be your responsibility unless the product is faulty. Shipping charges cannot be refunded.

Please do not return products without first contacting SW1 Shop and seeking approval. Unfortunately we are unable to accept products that have been opened or had the tamper seal broken, for hygiene reasons.
