SKIN RESCUE Clarifying & Balancing Cream
Skin Rescue Clarifying & Balancing Cream
A moisturiser that treats as well as it hydrates. Azelaic acid sits second on the ingredient list, which is unusual in a cream — it is normally reserved for serums.
Azelaic acid is the quiet workhorse of aesthetic dermatology because it does three things at once: it works on the bacteria involved in breakouts, calms the persistent redness around them, and fades the brown marks they leave behind. Few single ingredients cover acne, redness and pigment simultaneously.
It is supported by niacinamide and N-acetyl glucosamine — a pairing with good evidence on uneven tone — plus ectoin and squalane so the formula treats without stripping.
Who it suits
Skin that breaks out but is also sensitive. Rosacea-prone flushing. Post-spot marks that outlast the spot by months.
Which clearing product to choose
Choose this if you want treatment built into your moisturising step. Choose Flawless if you want a dedicated acid serum for active breakouts, and use this cream over it.
How to use
Morning and night after serums. Daily sunscreen matters here, because you are working on pigment.
Pairs well with
- CLEAN 100% Mineral Sunscreen SPF50 — matte finish, and the thing that decides whether the pigment work holds.
- FRESH FACED Coco Mint Souffle Cleanser — the step before, without stripping.
