Cloud Nine Calming & Soothing Masque
A mask for the days when skin has had enough. A mask is simply a high dose held against the skin for twenty minutes — concentration plus contact time, which is why a mask can settle redness faster than the same ingredients in a cream.
The calming work is done by guaiazulene, the deep blue fraction of chamomile, with chamomile and red clover extracts behind it. Zinc oxide sits third on the list, which is unusual in a mask and is what gives it the physical, cooling cover that makes it useful on hot, reactive skin.
Who it suits
Redness, heat and reactivity. The evening after a long flight, a hard week or an in-clinic treatment.
How to use
Apply a generous layer to clean skin, leave for fifteen to twenty minutes, then rinse or tissue off. Once or twice a week, or whenever skin is complaining.
