Five actives working on uneven tone from five different directions, which is more than the name suggests.
- 3-O-ethyl ascorbic acid sits second on the list — stabilised vitamin C, for antioxidant protection and brightness.
- Niacinamide at fourth, interrupting the transfer of pigment to surface skin cells.
- Acetyl glucosamine, which pairs with niacinamide in the studies on uneven tone and works on a different step again.
- Licorice root extract — a genuine tyrosinase inhibitor, and one of the gentler ones.
- Turmeric root extract, the T in C+T, bringing curcuminoids for their calming properties.
Bisabolol and panthenol keep it comfortable. That matters more than it sounds: vitamin C is an active people abandon because it stings, and a formula you keep using beats a stronger one you give up on.
Which vitamin C to choose
The two are not strong and weak. They are focused and broad:
- Glowgenic C+T — the same vitamin C with four further tone actives alongside it. Choose this if pigment and uneven tone are the problem, or if vitamin C alone has irritated you before.
- Radiant-C MD 12% — single-minded, at a declared 12% with ferulic acid, in a lighter water-based texture. Choose this for maximum vitamin C and antioxidant protection.

Morning on clean skin, before moisturiser and sunscreen.
