MEND Skin-Soothing Salve
Mend Skin-Soothing Salve
A salve, which is an older idea than most of what we sell and still the right answer for some things.
Salves are thick and occlusive by design. They are not for the whole face — they are for the patch that has cracked, split or been rubbed raw, where the job is to cover it, keep water in and let the skin underneath get on with healing.
At S$32.70 it is the least expensive thing in the range, and for its purpose nothing more elaborate would work better.
Who it suits
Cracked corners of the mouth, a patch of flaking around the nose after a cold, dry knuckles, the raw skin left by a blister plaster. Anywhere small, stubborn and sore.
How to use
Apply a thin layer directly to the affected patch, as often as needed. Reapply before bed, which is when it has the longest uninterrupted run.
Pairs well with
- ROSE QUARTZ OIL Lip Treatment — for lips specifically, where a salve is heavier than most people want all day.
- PEARL GLEAM — the same occlusive logic applied to the whole face, for skin that is dry everywhere rather than in patches.
