Twenty concentrated minutes, once a week
A mask is simply a high dose of something held against the skin long enough to work. That is why a masque can do in twenty minutes what a leave-on product takes a fortnight to manage — and why it is a weekly step rather than a daily one.
Choose by what your skin is doing
- Congested or breaking out — EARTH ANGEL, a clay masque used as a weekly reset.
- Flat and grey — SNOWBALL, for the dullness that follows short sleep and long air-conditioning.
- Rough or uneven — BABY FACE, lactic acid and gluconolactone in a kaolin base.
- Angry and irritated — CLOUD NINE, when skin has had enough.
- Something different — OXYGEN FACIAL foams on contact, which is as odd as it sounds.
Use a masque on a night you are not using retinol or acids.
